You have to say: "Learer du norsk?"
You can also say: "Du learer norsk ikke sant?" that means; You are learning norwegian right?

"Learing" is not often used.

I am now learning norwegian: "Jeg learer nA norsk"

I am going to learn norwegian: "Jeg skal leare norsk"

Nicht viel. Mein Tag war gut aber es war es zu heiß. also konnte ich nichts machen.

You just put the verb in the wrong place, but that's just one small mistake.

Oh, es war zu heiß? Bei uns ist es leider nicht mehr so heiß!
