Hello Janusz.Well I cut back on all the good food,Burgers pizza's and soda's and started eating greens and fruits and I would run about 15-30 miles a week.Hard work but it was worth it,I still run about 8-12 miles per week.How is everything in Germany? Well by friday it's suppose to rain and snow as well.I learned alot of german thanks to your channel,it a beautiful language,Danke fur alles mein freund.
